The Role Senior CAD role leading design delivery and managing the CAD team. Chair internal draughtsperson meetings Chair joinery DTM meetings with architects and clients Support and manage internal and subcontract draughtspersons Ensure drawings and models are delivered on time and to EES standards Check and approve all project drawings before issue Oversee the design process and report progress to the Design Manager Maintain documentation including drawing trackers and RFIs Coordinate joinery interfaces with subcontractors Manage CAD team productivity against programme targets Ensure document control processes are followed Produce drawings or models depending on project size Manage day-to-day design changes and variations Additional Responsibilities Work with internal teams and site teams to ensure coordinated delivery Oversee subcontractor design packages and technical coordination Monitor cost s...
