As a Product Management Intern in the Enterprise M365 Copilot team, you’ll collaborate with experienced PMs to shape the future of AI-powered productivity for enterprise customers. You’ll work on high-impact features, partner with engineering and design, and deliver innovative solutions that empower millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
2. You must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this role
3. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product scenarios.
4. Experience with data analysis tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
7. Identify customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of features via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
8. Define and refine product requirements for enterprise-grade scenarios in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
9. Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure telemetry is developed.
10. Determine features and experiences to prioritise in the roadmap, supporting achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs).
11. Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate feature concepts and facilitate reviews for usability and accessibility.
