🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
💰 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
📈 Overtime: Available
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Yard Operative to join our busy team in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to grow within a supportive and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out general yard duties including cleaning, organising, and maintaining the site

* Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

* Support operations and help maintain a safe, tidy working environment

* Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements:

* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

* Reliable and punctual
*
* Previous yard or labouring experience is a plus, but not essential — full training will be provided
