09:00-18:00
10:00-19:00
Saturday: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation)
Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.
Role Summary
Responsible for optimizing daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational needs and ensuring efficient scheduling.
