My client in the Midlands are looking to appoint a talented Employment Adviser on a Contract basis.
My client are looking for a highly motivated Employment Advisors to support the continued delivery of the award-winning Walsall Works programme and other funded employability initiatives.

* Salary: £18.35 per hour

About the role:
Based in Midlands (Hybrid):
* Manage a diverse and challenging caseload of participants, providing tailored support to help them achieve positive outcomes
* Deliver high-quality Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) to support individuals into employment, education or training
* Identify and address barriers to employment, including complex personal and social challenges
* Contribute to achieving performance targets and positive employment outcomes
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
* Extensive experience in a similar role
* Educated to Level 4 or above in CIAG (Careers Information, Advice and Guidance)
* Proven experience within welfare-to-work, employability, regeneration, social work, housing, teaching or similar sectors
* Local Authority experience is essential
