Our client is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of a new civil engineering project. The role involves overseeing performance monitoring, reporting, forecasting, scheduling coordination, and risk management while acting as a key link between project leadership, delivery teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor project performance using tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and progress dashboards.
2. Provide coordination across planning, cost control, design, estimating, and reporting functions.
3. Prepare clear monthly reports and dashboards for senior management and project stakeholders.
4. Offer project controls insights to support decision-making, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
5. Contribute to project review meetings and monitor overall delivery progress.
6. Support management of scope, change control, and contract variations.
