Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SaaS functional domain specialist to join our CSS team in the UK. The domain expert will provide consultancy and advisory services to strategic customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The role requires experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, applying industry best practices, and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite and Fusion SaaS applications, either on-site or remotely.
Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting Oracle SaaS/PaaS products, developing and integrating application components, and ensuring solution architecture feasibility while mitigating risks. The role also involves proposing customer roadmaps and collaborating with subject matter experts across various domains.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading and participating as a functional leader in service streams such as gap analysis, solution design, POCs, business analysis, and project delivery.
2. Documenting and reviewing requirement specifications and functional design documents.
3. Traveling to client locations in the UK and abroad for implementations, workshops, and product walkthroughs.
4. Ensuring project success through collaboration with onsite and client teams.
5. Adhering to standards, documenting work, and complying with change control and audit processes.
6. Providing accurate status reports and knowledge transfer at project completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 10+ years of experience with Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including at least 6 years in SaaS implementation.
* Fluency in English and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Deep functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS, with experience in HCM solutions.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel, work offshore, and obtain Oracle SaaS certifications as needed.
* Degree in business or related field; SC clearance or eligibility preferred.
Additional Skills:
* Knowledge of SQL, report writing, and workflow/dashboard creation.
* Exposure to software development practices and testing tools.
