Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Goods In and Warehouse Person. This position involves managing the flow of goods into the warehouse, including receiving, inspecting, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include unloading stock, operating equipment such as pallet jacks, handling inventory control, and efficiently packing and organizing stock for storage and distribution. The role also requires maintaining safe and organized workspaces in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and handling of goods
* Proficiency in Unloading and Packing, with the ability to organize stock efficiently and safely
* Experience in Inventory Control, including stock tracking and monitoring to maintain accuracy
* Knowledge of operating equipment such as Pallet Jacks for efficient movement of goods
* Physical ability to handle manual labor and tasks involving lifting and moving goods
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food industry setting is a plus
* Basic understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
