Daily Rate: £90 – £110 per day
Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting early years education and helping young learners thrive.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons for Early Years pupils.
* Assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and encourage pupil progress and development.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with EYFS or young children in an educational setting.
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in childcare/education (desirable).
