They are seeking a full-time, home-based CAFM Manager to act as the primary interface between the operational business and the technical team, supporting business objectives and driving the development of Facilities Management software solutions. Undertake audits and validation of operational procedures regarding the use of CAFM. Take ownership of CAFM governance, working with Technical Managers and IT partners to prioritise workstreams and improve delivery effectiveness. Agree on workflow scenarios ensuring they are documented, tested, and embedded within the systems. Support the business in the mobilisation of new contracts and the implementation of CAFM systems. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
