Retail Assistant
12 Weeks Contract Contract
Start Date - 23rd June 2025
40 hours per week - 5 days a week across Monday-Sunday via monthly rota
Normal hours of work are between 7am and 10:30pm
£13.10ph via PAYE

Situated at Platform 9 ¾, King’s Cross Station, our team delivers extraordinary customer service and self-developed product as unique as our location. Through a focus on combining a magical experience with retail excellence, our ultimate goal is to ensure each customer leaves with the perfect souvenir or gift, and a lasting memory.

* Previous retail experience or experience working with the public (if a school leaver, work experience is desirable)

* Enthusiasm and passion for, as well as excellent knowledge of, the Harry Potter brand.
Terms & Conditions
Contracted to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday. Your normal hours of work are between 7am and 10:30pm.
This role includes working on tills, interacting with customers, replenishing our shelves, and working at the photo opportunity on the station concourse. Retail Assistants will need to work across all these functions at different times.
