Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Advisor page is loaded## Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Advisorremote type: Hybridlocations: Croydontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: April 12, 2026 (23 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR34234**Jewson** a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a **Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Advisor** to join our branch of the future store in Croydon.We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).**Hours:** 07:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 12:00pm every other Saturday**Key Responsibilities*** Maintain and grow both new and existing customer relationships to maximise their lifetime value* Provide advice on products and solutions with a key focus on the core K&B range* Continually develop your knowledge of product lines, market trends and competitor offering to meet customer needs.* Carry out site/home visits to take accurate measurements, ensuring precision in all design plans.* Maximise our technology solutions to deliver great levels of communication and service including creation of detailed CAD drawings and expert design solutions.**Required Skills and Experience*** Proven selling experience; generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices.* CAD (or similar) design skills along with the ability to interpret a customer’s brief and deliver as required.* Relevant market and product knowledge.* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.* Understanding of what makes a great customer journey and ability to create sales opportunities which leverage cross-selling opportunities whilst exceeding customer expectations.* Retirement Savings Plan (Pension) – with Legal & General.* Life Assurance - From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump-sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
