Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Package

A rapidly growing FinTech firm is currently hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to work directly alongside their Salesforce Lead and support the continued growth of their CRM platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform across multiple business functions
* Build and maintain Flows, reports, dashboards and automations
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Manage users, permissions, data quality and platform governance
* Support Salesforce integrations and ongoing CRM projects
SKILLS
* 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
* Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and Flows
* Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience within Financial Services or FinTech is a plus
* Exposure to Salesforce development concepts would be beneficial
