Sales Manager – Managed Print & Document Solutions

We’re partnering with an established and ambitious Managed Print & Document Solutions provider in Epsom, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead from the front and accelerate growth.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals while also contributing individually to revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the sales function, improving performance, and driving new business across SMB and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Drive new business acquisition within Managed Print and document solutions
* Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
* Support complex deals and key client negotiations
* Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting and pipeline management
* Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), document solutions, or related industry
* Strong track record in sales leadership or team management
* Consistent overachievement against sales targets (both personally and as a leader)
* Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
What’s on Offer
* Basic salary of £60,000 – £70,000
