We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal EC&I Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the design process from concept to manufacture, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams to create effective engineering solutions.
* Provide technical support during the tender process and assist in project management activities.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of health and safety within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
* HNC/HND in Engineering Discipline (Electrical) or Engineering Degree (BEng/MSc).
* Proven experience in the nuclear or highly regulated industries.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-discipline teams.
* Familiarity with project management processes and engineering delivery.
* Competency in EC&I engineering calculations and design management.
In return you'll receive a salary up to £65k, an excellent pension (8% from the business), 26 days + Bank Holidays, and a company bonus.
