Commercial Property Solicitor - Essex
A highly regarded regional Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well established and growing property team.
This is a genuinely strong practice with an excellent reputation across the region, acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, landowners, SMEs and national businesses. The quality of work is on par with larger city firms, but within a supportive and collaborative regional environment.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Development work
* Secured lending
* Asset management
Depending on your level of experience, there is scope to take on more complex transactions and client responsibility, with clear progression opportunities.
About You
* Ideally 2 to 10 years PQE in commercial property
* NQ solicitors with strong commercial property training seats will be considered
* Technically strong with sound commercial awareness
* Keen to build long term client relationships
* Ambitious and looking to progress within a reputable firm
