Description
Our Customer Services team is the heart of People’s Pension, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and technical support. You will provide tailored responses to meet customer needs throughout their relationship with us. You will support the team and collaborate with colleagues to meet compliance and service standards and achieve service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a broad range of customer queries across various products and processes, providing professional and helpful service.
2. Using active listening and attention to detail to understand and support customers, maintaining service standards.
3. Supporting colleagues daily to resolve queries, build knowledge, and ensure quality and compliance.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and third parties.
5. Maintaining knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements, including Automatic Enrolment, TPR, FCA, DWP, HMRC, DPA, to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Qualifications and Experience
* Good knowledge of Workplace Pensions, The People’s Pension, Master trusts, and Automatic Enrolment regulations.
* Experience in pensions communications and DC pensions.
* Proficiency with office systems.
* Passed internal Auto Enrolment exam.
