Main Duties Coordinate finance team, covering the following areas: Weekly payroll timesheet collation and review Monthly payroll review and transaction positing Purchase ledger data entry, reconciliations Subcontract accounts data entry and reconciliations Bank postings and reconciliations Review supplier payments Review 12 week rolling cashflow forecast Maintain fixed asset register Maintain HP schedules Maintain Loan schedules Maintain Sales retentions list Prepare cost reports for Quantity Surveyors for use in Contract Cost review CIS submissions Sage to Construct Cloud data reconciliation P&L review Overheads reports Ensure integrity of Sage data Provide information to Directors on a timely basis with regards to spend reports and construction construct summaries
