Job Title: Sales Administration Coordinator Full Time - On-site parking Immediate start 8.20am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday Rolling temporary assignment Job Summary: Supports the sales team throughout the full sales cycle (Lead → Close). Performs and improves selected sales activities with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives. Prepare quotes for simple to complex jobs, gathering necessary technical data, lead times, and other relevant information. Participate in customer visits and events; make decisions when procedures are not clearly defined. Receive and process orders, issue acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices. Communicate order and inventory status to the sales team and identify any issues. Resolve customer issues directly when possible or escalate as needed. Monitor inventory and stock levels, take action, and create orders when required. Assist sales personnel in selling products to retail customers.
