Office Manager, IT & HR Administrator – London (Hybrid)
Are you a highly organised, tech‐confident administrator who enjoys variety and ownership? A growing international environmental consultancy is looking for an Office, IT & HR Administrator to support its expanding London team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, friendly, and professional environment where no two days look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a multi‑faceted role spanning office operations, IT coordination, HR support, and team culture. Key responsibilities include:
Office Management
* Ensuring the smooth running of the London office
* Managing office suppliers, invoices and facilities
* Coordinating meeting rooms, mail, deliveries and access passes
* Acting as Fire Warden / First Aider
IT Coordination
* Serving as the first point of contact for basic IT queries
* Managing laptops, equipment, software licences and IT inventory
* Liaising with external IT support providers
* Supporting cyber security training and compliance
* Overseeing equipment purchasing and on/off‑boarding IT setup
HR & People Support
* Assisting with onboarding, induction logistics and leavers processes
* Maintaining staff records, PPE and first aid supplies
* Coordinating staff wellbeing, engagement initiatives and social events
* Helping prepare internal communications such as newsletters
Operational & Administrative Support
* Updating project trackers and weekly operational data
* Managing subscriptions and assisting with marketing/social content
* Supporting company events, client gifts and general administration
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative experience within a busy office environment
* Confident IT user with excellent MS Word, Excel and general tech skills
* Highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Friendly, collaborative and comfortable supporting multiple teams
* Experience in professional services or environmental consultancy (a bonus, not essential)
