Responsibilities
* As our Engineering Planner, you will plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance across our diverse estate—from buildings and infrastructure to plant and vehicles.
* Use CMMS and TPM principles to drive efficiency, minimise downtime and ensure operations meet the highest standards.
* Collaborate with multiple departments, balancing priorities while championing safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
* Manage and maintain the CMMS system across the estate.
* Plan and coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
* Convert maintenance requests into clear, prioritised work orders.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and building regulations.
* Coordinate works to minimise disruption to guests and operations.
* Monitor performance trends and recommend improvements or upgrades.
* Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance schedules.
* Track statutory compliance and report on maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in an engineering planner role within a hospitality or food production business
* Relevant certification in maintenance planning or similar
* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience managing maintenance backlogs and scheduling labour
* Confident communicator with ability to engage technical and non-technical teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Proactive, resourceful and solution-focused mindset
* Desired: Engineering degree
* Desired: Engineering trade qualification
* Desired: NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent
Where you'll be working
The Engineering Department looks after the Companies’ assets (Buildings, IT Infrastructure, Mechanical plant, and Vehicles), conducting scheduled checks and preventive maintenance in all areas of the estate. Engineering also responds to guest requests should they have issues and to colleague requests from across the estate.
