We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to join our regional sales team and help support farmers and rural communities across New Zealand.

With deep roots in the agricultural sector, we work alongside farmers every day — building trusted relationships and helping them make confident decisions for their business, their land and their people. We’re now looking for a Regional Sales Manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and delivering strong results while staying true to our purpose.

This role is about backing your team to succeed. You’ll spend time in the field, coaching and supporting Nutrient Specialists, helping them have better conversations with customers and turn opportunity into long‑term value. You’ll also keep a close eye on performance, making sure plans are on track and the region delivers against its goals.

In this role, you will:

10. Lead and support a team of Nutrient Specialists to perform at their best
11. Help shape and deliver regional sales plans that balance customer value and commercial outcomes
12. Coach in the field, building capability, confidence and consistency across the team
13. Hold clear expectations around performance while supporting people to grow and improve
14. Support your team to manage customer relationships well and make sound day‑to‑day decisions
15. Keep pipeline, forecasting and planning on track using our systems and tools
16. Play an active role in keeping safety front of mind — on farm and in the community

You’ll bring strong people leadership skills, a good head for sales, and a genuine interest in agriculture. You know that the best results come from trust, follow‑through and showing up for your team and your customers. You’re comfortable having honest conversations, making decisions, and staying focused on what matters most.
