Sales Manager
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a market leading engineering company who deliver innovative solutions across a wide range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an established company. The Sales Manager will be promoting, managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of companies with the objective of opening new accounts, increasing sales and further strengthening our client's business.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and securing new business opportunities
2. Achieving clearly defined sales targets
3. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
4. Manage accounts accordingly
5. Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services
6. Liaise with engineering team to produce quotes
7. Represent the company in a professional manner
8. Report activity to Directors
9. Any other duties which role may include
Person Specification:
10. 3 years sales experience ideally from automation or engineering industry
11. Strong commercial awareness
12. Proven track record of success in developing new business
13. Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
14. Self motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
15. Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
16. Full driving licence and access to a car
The Rewards
The successful Sales Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £45,000 depending on experience plus Bonus and Car Allowance.
Location
The Sales Manager role will be covering Northern Ireland.
