You will be a key part of our organization, working within our operational team at our local office and in service users' homes.
Take clinical ownership of your caseload by creating, managing, and reviewing tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Work closely with the operational team to lead training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they are competent in clinical tasks, and maintain a high standard of person-centered care.
Review clinical documentation and MAR Charts, and build strong relationships with service users and care teams.
Clinical skills required include:
* Airway Management, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning.
* Ventilation Management.
* Tube Feeding (PEG / JEJ / NG).
Knowledge of spinal injury, acquired brain injury, and neurological conditions is advantageous.

Provide ongoing mandatory training to ensure staff meet national standards and best practices.
This role requires clinical expertise and workload management skills. We seek candidates who share our values and passion for care.
You will be based at our Peterborough office, with some travel across East and South East regions.
We offer a work-life balance with core hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary is up to £42,000, aligned with NHS Band 6/7.
Additional benefits include a bonus scheme up to £3,000 and a rewards program.
