Customer Support Advisor Join a fast-growing, multichannel e-commerce retailer specialising in niche furniture and sofas. We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support professional to take ownership of the entire online order journey - from first contact to post-sale care. As part of our Customer Support team, you’ll guide customers through purchases, resolve queries, and deliver outstanding service across multiple online platforms. What you’ll do: * Provide excellent Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat. * Advise on products, process payments, and handle returns or refunds. * Manage online orders, liaise with couriers, and ensure timely dispatch. * Drive sales through proactive Customer Support and product recommendations.
