The Role
An exceptional Digital Transformation Consultant, advising and guiding prospects and clients on adopting innovative Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will also lead transformative projects that exceed client expectations.

Minimum Experience and Skills
* 8+ years of experience in technical or consulting roles, with deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications and successful large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
* Mastery of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives.
* Experience in creating digital transformation roadmaps that drive business growth.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Supply Chain Management.
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or digital transformation methodologies.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Crafting visionary digital transformation roadmaps.
* Conducting digital maturity assessments.
* Translating business challenges into digital solutions.
* Architecting solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Developing applications using Power Apps, Copilot, and Power Automate.
* Leading digital transformation workshops and sessions.
* Delivering persuasive presentations and building client relationships.
