Job Title: Headteacher
Reports to: Executive Headteacher
Location: Norton College, Worcester, WR5 2BA
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Headteacher to join our team at Norton College in Worcester.

As Headteacher, you will focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people, aiming for positive outcomes. You will lead your own outstanding College, impacting the lives of many young people by promoting self-esteem, wellbeing, and academic development.
Who are we looking for?
We seek SEN professionals with the ability and ambition to inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for pupils with special education needs. The ideal candidate will bring a creative and innovative approach to improving performance and support for pupils and families. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves working with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders. We want a truly inspirational, motivated, and forward-thinking individual with proven experience in whole school development and improvement.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Educated to Degree Level
* Willingness to extend personal and professional development
* Prior experience as a senior leader in an SEN school or college
* Ability to lead and provide a clear vision
