Key Responsibilities: Conducting user research to gather insights and inform the design process Leading and managing a team of user researchers Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and advocate for user-centric design Ensuring that all research activities adhere to GDS standards and best practices Requirements: Proven experience in leading user research projects within the public sector In-depth knowledge of GDS standards and their application in user research Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively within an Inside IR35 contract Rate: £600/day Inside IR35.
