As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Regularly review pricing and underwriting monitors, ensuring key points are escalated to stakeholders.
* Coming up with pricing recommendations to improve the performance of the NSTD accounts and presenting proposals at Trading forums for agreement.
* Getting hands‑on with data from its source right through to modelling rating changes and then implementation of changes in rating.
* Reviewing the impact of pricing and underwriting changes.
* Continually looking to improve data and processes.
* With your manager, define, set priority and report on status of project work and rate reviews / analysis to support product and pricing development.
* Assisting with BAU including reporting.
Qualifications
* Personal lines pricing experience.
* Proven experience working with large data sources and a good command of Python, SQL, SAS, Databricks or similar coding languages.
* Experience of Willis Towers Watson Radar software.
* Good understanding of the various elements of the price we set.
* Knowledge of relevant statistical modelling methods.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
