We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our office in Birmingham City Centre.

We aim to become the leading social housing recruitment agency in Birmingham. As we move into a new, 120-person office in February, we are hiring the next generation of Recruitment Associates to join us in this exciting chapter.
You need to be ready to fully commit to the role. Some days are fun, some challenging, but if you are tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure, we will support you to reach your goals and earn well.
We provide weekly training from our in-house Learning and Development Manager, including over 65 hours of coaching in a 12-week program, comprising:
1. 7+ hours of video training across 20+ modules
2. Three classroom coaching sessions per week (60-90 minutes each)
3. Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions at your desk
4. Practical tasks to embed your skills
You will also have a mentor, mental health support, uncapped commission, and opportunities for annual holidays and incentives. Last year, we went to Dubai; this year, we're heading to Ibiza!
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Your responsibilities include:
* Working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Handling high volumes of calls
* Generating leads and building relationships with candidates and clients
* Researching markets and sector knowledge
* Using recruitment tools to source candidates
* Conducting business development calls
* Interviewing candidates
* Meeting targets and KPIs
The base salary is GBP 24,000, increasing to GBP 26,000 after 9 months, with earning potential up to GBP 38,000 in your first year with commission.
