Our client is a national manufacturer and distributor of kitchen benchtops and is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Moorebank, NSW.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and responding to inquiries related to their products and orders. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will help maintain the company’s strong reputation for quality customer care.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, solving problems, and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead the Customer Service function in NSW, serving as the main liaison between the Sales team and our customers.
2. Manage enquiries on stock availability, order processing, issue resolution, and payment follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer journey.
3. Welcome and assist trade customers onsite, supporting order collections and fostering positive interactions.
4. Coordinate order fulfilment and payment processing using Salesforce and Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
5. Provide responsive and solution-oriented support via CS Connect, phone, and email.
6. Proactively communicate with customers about order status, delays, or account matters.
7. Maintain data integrity and support reporting through regular system updates.
8. Assist with sample dispatches, courier bookings, stocktakes, and general admin tasks

Mandatory Requirements:

9. 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in B2B, warehousing, or manufacturing settings.
10. Full Australian Working Rights
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
12. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
13. Experience using Salesforce, Oracle, or other CRM systems.
14. A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
15. Background in trade or logistics (highly advantageous)
