Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care according to established nursing standards

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience in patient care and medication administration
- Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
