Role Overview The Strategic HR Business Partner will serve as the key liaison between the People function and senior leadership, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives. This role will focus on delivering impactful people plans, driving organisational change, and implementing talent management initiatives to support business success. The postholder will influence and guide senior stakeholders, ensuring that people initiatives enhance performance and employee engagement across large and complex business areas. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans. Lead on organisational change, talent management, and high-impact HR initiatives. Analyse business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver HR solutions supporting up to 10,000 employees. Act as a trusted adviser, providing guidance on leadership and workforce strategies. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills. Proven experience in generalist HR roles and industrial relations. Resilient, collaborative, and influential, with excellent relationship-building skills. Passion for fostering a positive organisational culture. CIPD qualification preferred.
