Job title: Support Worker
Location: Shoreham-by-sea
Pay rate: £16.50- £18.50 per hour
Shifts and schedule: Full time 36 hours per week (Days, nights and sleep ins on a 4 week rota)
Contract :Temporary to Permanent
Must: Drive / Hold a UK driving license (automatic or manual)

Client and Role:
Our client is in his 30s and requires support for personal care, medication administration and out and about in the community
Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music
Successful Applicant:
Must hold a UK driving license
Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym
