About the Role
We are seeking confident and passionate SEN practitioners who can:
* Support pupils with a range of complex needs
* Lead small-group or 1:1 interventions using HLTA-level expertise
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapy teams
* Adapt learning materials to support differentiated provision
* Promote independence, engagement and positive outcomes for all students
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in these roles, you will need:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working in SEN or specialist education settings
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A flexible, proactive and compassionate approach
* Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
