The Role
Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support their customers in realising the full value of their solutions. The successful candidate will manage the post-sales journey, ensuring high adoption, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Support teams to provide a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing adoption of cloud solutions.
* Run training sessions, business reviews, and usage monitoring to ensure value is delivered.
* Support renewals and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
* Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
* Collaborate across internal teams to maintain smooth processes and consistent messaging.
1. Ideal Candidate
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar post-sales roles.
* Proven track record managing SaaS solutions for industrial or manufacturing clients, such as Food & Beverage, Water, Oil & Gas, or Pharmaceuticals.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to influence outcomes and advocate for customers without direct authority.
2. Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: £40,000–£55,000 per year.
* Quarterly company bonus.
