Are you a payroll professional looking for a new role? Can you work in Bridgwater 4 days a week? If so this stand alone payroll position could be just what you're looking for. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and providing outstanding service to employees regarding payroll queries. Key responsibilities will be processing the monthly payroll for close to 400 employees ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, tax, and deductions. The payroll is a combination of salaried, hourly paid and shift work employees so it's not as straight forward as the headcount suggests so you'll be kept busy with ensuring payroll records are accurate and up-to-date along with liaising with HR and the finance team to ensure accuracy of data. You'll have excellent time management and communication skills that will allow you to handle employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner and you'll stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practice.
