What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing key regional accounts, wholesalers, and large independents.
* Building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers — becoming their go-to partner.
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the foodservice, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
* Working collaboratively with our Development Chef and Purchasing Team to bring new ideas and products to life.
* Delivering on sales, profit, and distribution targets while ensuring we offer outstanding service every step of the way.
* Managing forecasts, promotional activity, and account performance with precision and care.
What You’ll Bring
* FMCG sales experience — ideally in food and drink.
* A strong track record of delivering results and building relationships.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a natural commercial flair.
* A love for great food and an understanding of what makes premium brands stand out.
* Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and great problem-solving ability.
* IT literacy (Microsoft Office) and strong numeracy skills.
