As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a supportive team that delivers outstanding religious education alongside a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring pupils' personal growth and academic success.
Job Responsibilities
 * Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.
 * Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning plans and individual targets.
 * Supporting children's emotional, social, and behavioural development.
 * Encouraging independence and confidence in the classroom.
 * Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
 * Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications/Experience
 * Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
 * Right to work in the UK
 * Previous experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable)
 * A proactive, empathetic approach and commitment to helping every child reach their potential
