Job Title: Manufacturing Associate - Pharmaceutical Production

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and are passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and public health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cGMP and safety standards
* Perform routine equipment maintenance, including lubrication, filter changes, and basic mechanical checks
* Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of production activities and batch records
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
* Troubleshoot equipment and digital systems efficiently
* Support investigations, deviation reports, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)
* Work cross-functionally with quality assurance and support teams to meet production targets
* Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting
* University degree in pharmaceutical production technology or a related scientific/technical field
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Comfortable using digital tools and systems in a production environment
* Willingness to work off-hours or overtime to support production schedules
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
