Job Title: KS2 Primary Class Teacher - Year 3 & 4 Location: Lincoln Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Placement Pay Scale: M1 - M6 Contact: Bianca at Simply Education - /01522437801 Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lincoln to recruit an experienced and passionate KS2 Class Teacher for a Year 3 & 4 mixed class. This is a long-term, full-time role starting in September 2025, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for a Year 3 & 4 mixed ability class. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports academic progress and personal development. Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly. Collaborate with the wider school team to maintain high teaching standards and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Promote and maintain excellent behaviour management using consistent, positive strategies. Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community. Participate in staff meetings, school events, and contribute to extra-curricular opportunities. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum. High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour. A reflective and adaptable teaching approach to meet individual pupil needs.
