Sales Development Representative Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid with a minimum of three days per week at our office in Leatherhead, Surrey.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the key to us unlocking doors with SME, Mid-Cap & Enterprise Businesses starting conversations on how can help them cut down on administration, help retain & engage their employees to really get the most out of all their benefits. You’ll be the first person contacts at these businesses hear from, and it’ll be your job to build relationships and nurture them through to face to face meetings with our Business Development Directors.
Pursuing your monthly target to support the commercial team’s overall target
Cultivating meaningful relationships with your prospects via phone, email, networking events, etc
Identify and nurture leads to successfully pass onto the Enterprise Sales team to meet face to face
Maintain awareness of and comply with all legal requirements and company policies, including those relating to information security and data protection
Tele Sales : Commercial Awareness : Able to gain a deep understanding of the needs of the prospects and ensure that sales calls have the desired outcome
Business Intelligence : Know all about Zest product and services. Adept in using all standard MS Office systems, Hubspot and other Zest tools. Able to create a culture of over-performance. You have 1 years+ experience in B2B sales, and feel at home on the phone
You are a creative and experienced social seller, who leverages B2B social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter) to get your message across and engage potential clients
