We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing professional to join their thriving Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience who can confidently manage a full caseload and hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will handle a varied residential caseload and be responsible for running files from instruction through to completion. You will play an integral part in a busy, supportive team environment with plenty of scope for career growth.

Responsibilities
1. Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
2. Handling sales, purchases and remortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties
3. Conducting title checks, searches and all pre-exchange/completion work
