Your new role
They are looking for a Partnership Manager to oversee the daily operations of a key project, ensuring alignment with best practices andernance standards. You’ll be responsible for meeting business objectives within agreed timeframes and budgets, while supporting the Regional Director in delivering both annual and long-term strategic plans. This role also involves contributing to business development and bid processes through close collaboration with internal teams.
As Partnership Manager, you’ll bring proven experience in managing Repairs and Voids contracts, including multiple workstreams such as Reactive Repairs, Disrepairs, Voids, and Planned Maintenance. With a strong background in operational management and service delivery, you’ll be confident in overseeing performance metrics, including KPIs, and managing both direct operatives and subcontractors.
