What you'll do:
1. Deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support across users and systems.
2. Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud environments.
3. Act as a trusted IT partner to the business, working closely with end users and senior stakeholders.
4. Get involved in IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives.
5. Take ownership of problems, thinking proactively about long-term fixes and improvements.
6. Learn from senior IT staff and work towards more advanced responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
7. 2+ years' experience in IT Support (1st/2nd line).
8. Skills in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking.
9. A genuine passion for IT, technology, and continuous improvement.
10. The ambition to progress beyond IT Support into more senior technical or leadership roles.
11. Excellent communication skills and a business-facing approach.
