The Role
As Sous Chef, youll be hands-on from prep to pass and involved in the full kitchen operation:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
Working with fresh, local, seasonal produce
Supporting menu delivery, plating, and service at pace
Ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Managing, mentoring, and training Chef de Parties
Working alongside a talented Head Chef in a high-performing brigade
What Were Looking For Currently working as aSous Chef(minimum 12 months) in a fresh-food kitchen
NVQ Level 2 or college-trained
Positive, energetic, and genuinely passionate about food
Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-driven
Hungry to learn and progress in a busy, ambitious environment
A team player who leads from the front
Vegetarian or vegan experience isnot essential the right attitude is.
