About the role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service teams, helping to keep our clients and projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotes for new business and remedial/installation works following compliance visits
* Analyse engineers’ reports to ensure accurate client proposals
* Provide weekly sales and quote reports to the Sales Manager
* Educate and inform clients about essential safety compliance requirements
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database
* Handle sales administration including quotations, letters, and client communications
What we’re looking for (Skills Required)
* Results-driven and proactive approach
* A confident and credible communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Good commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Highly organised with IT/database experience (Excel essential)
