Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant.
The Successful Candidate Will
* Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
* Assist with preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives with a focus on behavioral management.
* Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and barriers to learning.
* Interact regularly with parents/caregivers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A committed and passionate attitude towards students with SEND.
* A minimum of two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
* A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.
