As an Independent Living Coach, you will provide advice and support to people who have experienced homelessness across our young persons, male and female 24/7 schemes. Youll work as part of a team to manage the day-to-day running of the scheme, supporting customers with tenancy management, signposting for additional support with housing, health and welfare.

You will be allocated a main scheme base, with the expectation that you could be requested to cover shifts across all the schemes.

Job requirements

Cover all reception tasks, including the phone, post and enquiries. Respond to neighbourhood concerns appropriately by recording details of any queries or concerns.

Support new customers when they move in to make sure they understand their rights and responsibilities. Make sure they feel comfortable and informed about their agreement, the local area and other services.
