This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and resourceful Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic paediatric team in Attleborough. With the chance to earn between £30 to £40 per hour, this role offers you the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, starting as soon as possible and continuing on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical, sensory, and developmental needs of children within the paediatric team.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating innovative interventions to improve patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and optimal support for each child.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with information governance and confidentiality standards.
* Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to service and team performance improvement initiatives.
* Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
* HCPC registered and member of RCOT.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in paediatrics, learning disabilities, or related specialisms such as SEMH and neurodivergence is highly desirable.
* Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly across different audiences.
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable as you may need to travel to different locations for assessments or meetings.
